Creating Inclusive Cultures Launches in Leeds

Over 100 people came together at the DWF offices in Leeds to celebrate the launch of Creating Inclusive Cultures (CIC).
CIC is a collaboration of companies and employers who are committed to realising, and to take advantage of, the benefits of diversity and inclusion to truly position their cities as thriving business powerhouses. The companies and employers involved know that the world is changing. They know that how we have worked in the past will not guarantee success in the future. They know that creating more diverse and inclusive cultures will help them achieve better business results and they know they can't do this alone.
Attendees of the launch heard why collaborating city by city is so important to creating inclusive cultures as well as challenged their thinking by psychologist John Amaechi OBE.
Charlotte also shared plans for the future as well as launches planned in Manchester and Birmingham in early 2016.
